Hi Doctor! I had a car accident. I was asleep in the drivers seat and when the other car hit mine, I hit violently with my lower back in to the steerring wheel. I didn't feel a lot of pain at the time of the accident but now (2 days later) I'm afraid I have something a bit more serious. The impact was on the left of the spine but now I have a lump on the right and left of my spine. The farmacy recommended that I should put mobilisin gel 3 times per day. Every time I put it in the affected area, it stings a lot and it seems it's a lot cold for the muscle. Also, after everytime I bathe, it reacts to hot water and to the coldness after the bath. Is all this normal, should I put other type of lotion?
