Hi Doctor, I am a bodybuilder. I use to take steroids in my profession during LFT i found my enzymes are increased and ALP is quite high. I checked with doctor and they suggested me Udiliv. I am taking the same but due to my profession i have to keep taking steroids time to time as per cycle. Please suggest how i can keep my liver healthy. I am non-alcoholic and non smoker person
