Hi Doctor, I am 32 years old female, weight is 52 kg and height is 5 feet 2 inch and i am not suffering with any other sysmptoms.

But some time i feel pain in my knee and Heel. I have visited doctor which prescribed altraday capsule, Jointrace DN. I took this 15 days and i was fine. But agin now i am feeling severe pain.

Shall i continue this medication?
Shall i do some exercise to make it better?
Shall i add some food supplement to improve my condition.

I am vegetarian and living in India. Please suggest.
