Hi, Doctor. A Year And Several Months Ago, I Was

Hi, Doctor. A year and several months ago, I was playing soccer in my school gym. As I went for a header (to hit the ball with my forehead) I pulled my head back and unknowingly I had a corner of a brick wall behind me. I hit the corner of the brick wall with the back of my head, dead center at the very top part of the back of my head. I had a lump for about week at the time. Now, I have on and off head pains from that day at the back of my head. If you were to feel the part of the back of my head where I accidently hit the corner of the wall, there is a dent. This dent, I'd say is about 2 inches. I just do not know what exactly is wrong here. I am hoping you can come up with an analysis based on what I have told you. Thank you.
