Hi DOC, My Father Has Osteorartrist, Diabetes Type II, Fibrormilagia

Hi DOC,

My father has Osteorartrist, Diabetes Type II, Fibrormilagia (sorry about the spelling), etc, As of today My father has been prescribed Naproxen. Also, he is treated by Dr. Turner in Florence,SC and is addItionally prescribed Hydrocodon-ACET 325 MG WHICH HE CAN TAKE ONE TO FOUR TIMES DAILY, although he tends to be very stubborn and only takes it twice daily. My dad is allergic to Codeine. I am requesting some medical feedback from you about how these meds. may impact him either in an adverse or positive manner. I believe that he is prescribed 25 prescriptions that concern me as well. Most of the PCP in this state appear to be to be "quacks!" I know of too many family members who have misdiagnosed and even died in the hospitals throughout this state.

I respectfully request and seek advice about your professional opinion concerning my father health and overall emotional well-being.

Sincerely,

June Beasley, LMSW, ACSW
