Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You have herpes progenitalis as you said.
It is a viral infection caused by herpes simplex virus mostly type 2.
It is a contageous disease.
And mostly spread by sexual processes .
I usually advise to my patients having such disease to have circumcision.,
and to have sex with total protection with condom.
However, you should consult dermatologist any how.
You should be thoroughly examined and investigated to rule out other diseases.
And then you should be treated perfectly to control the herpes.
The load of virus may be decreased by proper treatment.
I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
