Herniated Disk, Severe Sciatica In Right Leg, Bowel Movement Problems. Miralax Taken. Advise?
I have a herniated disk and severe sciatica in my right leg. Even sitting on the toilet to urinate makes close to passing out from the pain. I have not had a bowel movement in 3 days but have taken a stool softener. I have Miralax but am afraid to take it because of the pain it will cause to sit on the toilet. Please help

Hi,
As you get all problem due to Sciatica, consult Spine specialist and get examined.
Afterwards go for treatment as advised by him.
Use hard bed for sleeping.
Do back extension exercise after consulting your doctor.
Ok and take care.
