Here is the results of chest X-ray one:
Bilateral perihilar opacities and mild vascular congestion.      
Correlated clinically for infection/edema.

And here is the results of the follow up:
     

The heart and mediastinum are unchanged. Bibasilar and perihilar      
markings are stable compared with prior study. There is no focal      
infiltrate or pleural effusion. Stable degenerative changes of      
the thoracic spine.

I have no idea what this means
