Hemorrhagic During Menningioma Removal Surgery. Fluid Present In Right Ear. Is It Cerebral Fluid Leak?

i had brain surgery in 2005 for menningioma removal but i hemmoraged during surgery. the tumors are still there. but now my right side is weak and i have a fluid in my right ear. last week my right leg went numb for 30 minutes and i am worried could this be a Ceabral fluis leak? some of the tumours are on the saggittal sinus area.

Without knowing what surgery was done and what were the findings , it is difficult to tell but the fluid is not likely to be csf since you were operated so many years ago!!
