Hellow, im 24 years old. My hight is 6ft and weight is 69 kgs. Recently im facing head spinning during night. Even some times it feels like im dying. My average sleep time is 5 to 6 hours but its not sound sleep coz my room mate speaks a lot over phone during night and he works in computer. He can cover his sleep during day but i cant coz im currently doing a job. And yeah regularly i cant take healthy food during morning coz tight schedule of office. All day i feel sleepy and tired though i dont need to do hard laboure in my office. And yeah, im stressed a lot becoz of having this issues. Aother thing im loosing my hairs a lot. My head scalp is having oily layer and after useing shampoo its not gone. The oily layer is thick enough. I just want to live a stress free healthy life. Plz doc help me out..
