Hello.i dont know whether I am suffering from piles or fissure.but I noticed that when I eat spicy food sometimes ,next day I feel problem in passing stool and stool passed hard and it bleed little bit with some itching or burning sensation..I also noticed sometimes even if I eat spicy food I don't get bleeding..And sometimes without eating spicy food ,may be I encounter any food in item that make me bleed while passing stool.i don't have constipation problem but I came to know it bleed when hard stool pass with eaten spicy food or any nut eaten...Should I take pilex for this?
