Hello sir,

I am 35 , I checked my BP and it was 200/137, 195/127 simlar , 175/127.. last week on Omron BP moinitor. Si I consulted a doctor , where he took the readin using his monitor and checked and told 190/100 and gave me amlong5mg and Proxylomet 50 . to use for 5 days and see if he can bring to normal usiong medication later we can discuss he told. he aske dme to check BP daily .
till now as i am normal , i ate all things and even didnt notice any major problems in my body but there was always a headcache in some mornings , nausea in the past 1 year many a time.from now he askd me to control those things and eat banana robusta,garlic, cinnamon in foos intake ..

I am going through a life style as i am working from 9 to 6 sitting job and not doing any physical exercise. and had no control on eating any specific items like chat items etc.,

after one week stopping medication do i need to check my BP for one week like that if the reading came down ?
