Hello my older brother recently moved in with me and lately I have been noticing symptoms within him that I can't ignore. There are days when he is very soft spoken to the point where he can't be understood, He seems to have delayed reactions to things and he cant keep upi with conversations. when he is like this he tends to stumble a little and easily loses balance. My first reaction is Drug abuse because once upon a time he had a problem. He since has been sober for almost 2 years. Plus he has no money and he insist he is not doing drugs. The more I study him the more I noticed the left side of his lip tends to droop a little. He is only 34 years old I am really concerned for his well being.
