Hello, My Name Is Shivam. I Am A Tb Patient

Hello, my name is shivam. I am a tb patient since last 1 month. I was getting pain in my back side. When i consulted it with doc they told that its TB and in ultrasound and ct scan i got there is arround 250 ml pus in my back side. Doc advised that it we can remove it through draining or operation because it can not be completely curable with medicine only. But i was not satisfied. So i cunsulted with another doctor. They said that firstly we will remove this pus normally with injection and will see after that if operation will be required then we will do. So they remove my 100-125 ml pus through injection and after that it was not coming out more so they stopped it. It was a normal process. Now i m taking medicine for tb and i dont have any back pain or fever like before. So i want to ask you that is this operation or more draining is necessary now or i just can take medicine for 8-9 months and it will be ok. Pls tell me will remaining pus be remove automatically by medicine?
