i am on the nuva ring. i started my cycle this week, after i took out the ring on sunday. i was cramping more than usual yesterday. Today my cramps increased and were more painful. with a tampon in i bleed through my pants, without even realizing, twice today. this is something that hasn't happened to me in years. when i pulled out my tampon about an hour or two ago now, a large clot came out. this wasn't a normal bloody clot. thee clot was nude/sheerish looking, with some blood. it was about an inch wide and about 1.5 long. im still currently cramping. Could this be a misscarage or shedding of vaginal walls? i'm concerned.
