Hello doctor, recently i've been feeling left out of my groups of friends. I feel like I have no real friends, and i've also felt really sad and angsty about it, I've had problems at home that really don't concern me but they're my family's problems, and it doesn't make it any easier to have my best friend/ boyfriend in a long distances relationship. I feel like I have everything stuck on my throat and I can't breathe! I have suffered from this tipes of behaviors and I don't know if I suffer from depression
