My age is 27 yrs and my weight is 78kg and height 5'.5''i have irregular periods issue.I done the below tests and their results are:

serum cholesterol: 172 mg/dl
serum triglyceride:97 mg/dl
hdl cholesterol:40 mg/dl
ldl cholesterol:113 mg/dl
vldl:19 mg/dl
tc/hdl choestrol ratio:4.30
ldl/hdl ratio:2.80
serum free T4: 1.72 ng/dl
serum TSH:4.45 miuIU/ml
FSH:3.40 mIU/ml
LH:1.64 mIU/ml
the problem started when i missed my period in July and august 2015.September 2015 consulted dooctor .Doctor gave me regestrone and i got my periods after 5 days after taking Regestrone.
After that i done above tests and doctor said everything normal and prescribed me krimson 35 for 2 weeks, Ovacet fate and Cap Rabiplus D for 3 months.during these 3 months(nov -dec-jan) got the periods on time and in between nov-dec periods happened twice. In feb lastly got the period on6th feb without any consumption of medicines but again i missed my period in march.from the first week of april I am having pain in my nipples also. Please suggest.
