I 'm 21 having brown complexion

I am searching for a night cream which can give me a fair look.i used skinlite cream 1 year ago..but after stoping that my face become so dull and dark..and now i am having uneven skin tone with dark spots and blackheads and also pimples.now am using fade out cream..but it is not showing a great change..i want to start my career in aviation field so i need to have a fair and clear face.please suggest me any safe cream for fair face and also any other lotions in alternative days like..aloevera lotion..my skin type is dry after face wash but gets oily after 2-3 hours
