I've been on a ketogenic diet for one and a half months . Last period every thing was fine . This month I had sex really close to my ovulation day . ( not on pill ) 2 and a half days later notised some spoting I paniced and took postinor 1 about 69-71 hours after the intercourse .5 days later realy heavy bleeding feels about like my period . Realy scared should I go to the amergency room ?

P.s I should state that I took positnor a few times in my life with no side effects what's or ever . Can this reaction be due to my diet ? Or maybe becouse this time I took it on my ovulation day ?
I'm 34 years old no children very fit and healthy usually very regular periods like a clock .
