Hello, I've been having a weird past few days...2 days ago I was feeling really lightheaded and nauseated and eventually threw up only once then I continued to be nauseated for the remainder of the night. Yesterday I was feeling okay and showed no major symptoms. Then last night I was up twice due to heavy sweating in a cool room, then just now after eating a while earlier I went to the bathroom where my stool was very yellow with a foul smell. I can't tell if this is all connected because it is uncommon for me...What could this be? Thank you.
