Hello! I'm a 13 year old female and recently I've been having difficulty breathing, it's like a I can't get enough oxygen into my lungs and I have to gasp really loud sometimes to get them back to normal. Sometimes this makes my arms and hands go numb and sometimes I have wheezing. I sometimes get a tight chest and I have chest pains everyday, however I don't know if that is caused by ribs or my lungs. I don't have a cough, my parents don't smoke and neither do I. My brother has asthma, my brother and my mum have allergies and me, my brother and my mum have hay fever. I'm not unhealthy, I eat a balanced diet and normally just drink fruit juice and water.
