Hello: I recently had a fasting glucose test of 102 and an A1C test. They both indicate slightly elevated blood sugar and pre diabetes. I'm experiencing tingling and some pain in my hands and toes. This just started a month ago. I'm 65 and 6'3" tall, and weight about 225. My wife and I have a personal trainer and work out three times a week. I used to run marathons but stopped. I guess I should start running again. What do you think my GP will recommend to avoid having full blown diabetes? Thank you! YYYY@YYYY
