Hello, I know this probably shouldn't be something to worry about, but I find the lack of information on the subject worrying. More often than not I get a rather large, always the same structure, sometimes more or less intact, clump of bloody tissue that I can feel pass when on my period. sometimes this can be quite uncomfortable. and it is always followed by a VERY heavy bright red flow for the next few hours. However, this time I had very rough sex beforehand with my boyfriend (yes, on my period) he is rather well endowed and I was wondering if I should be worried?
