I have recently been diagnosed with Emphysema although a non smoker. I have been on xanax for panic attacks and the doctor is weaning me off at the same time as treating the lung problem. He put me on L-Montus. After the third week i am having panic attacks and wondered..if this is due to the tapering off of the xanax...or due to my lung problem. Difficult for me to describe as both processes is being done simultaneously (the tapering and the newly discovered lung problem)
