Hello I have had tendonitis in righ Achilles that also started spasming and having heat flashes in both feet. I started getting opposing chills in left arm when left leg would spasm. The tendonitis seems to have lessened. The last couple of days have seen increase in whole leg spasm and both arms chilled and numby today with my neck spasming convulsing and my face on one side of my nose. I had an mri done recently of lower back that showed slight disk bulge. I have never had these symptoms before.
