Hello, I have had horrible pain in my shoulder and lower back for a couple of weeks now and it feels like it's in my bones, I'm waking in pain and can not get comfortable at nights, no amount of painkillers are even taking the edge off, it's now effecting my movement in my arm, and feels painful to even touch. I'm extremely tired all day and the pain is getting worse. I have had no injury or previous damage, and have not lifted anything too heavy.
