Hello, I have been having sever muscle cramps in my feet and especially in my middle toe on both feet. It is severe, sometimes bringing me to tears. It usually happens in the middle of the night and wakes me up. I am not sure if this is related but I have a history of autoimmune diseases (polymyositis and dermatomyositis). Recently, when I walk, my middle toe feels like a tendon? in the bottom of the toe is moving. I have a large patch on the left side of my upper back that is numb, again, not sure if it is related. I would appreciate any advice!!!!
