Hello I Had A Mild Case Of The Shingles Last

Hello
I had a mild case of the shingles last October that circled my left side back to my side, mid back. Since December until roughly May I had no more symptoms. Since May, I periodically, later in the day or when I wake up, on my back in the spot where I had the shingles, experience some spasms and pains similar to the shingles such as electric shocks. However, there are no visible signs on my back. I find when I lay on the floor and stretch it dissipates.
Should I see my primary care or is this a reaction from the shingles? Thanks
