Hello, I am having pain in my upper right abdominal area now for almost 2 months. Sitting up right is uncomfortable I feel like I am leaning on something tender. Laying or standing feels better but the pain is always there like a dull ache that also hurts in my side and back. I also have a Lipoma on my abdomen that appear right around pain. its also tender. Not sure if this is causing my pain as the pain feels deeper. I also have right shoulder blade pain and my arm aches and goes numb. I also get nauseas that comes and goes making me not want to eat much. I have been to my Dr he did urine, blood, ultrasound and ct scan all come back normal. Im at a loss as this pain is not getting better and wearing me out. I lay around a lot with a heat pad.
