Hello,
I am having a knot in my groin, to the right of my testicles (not attached to them) and it seems to get bigger. Now it is the size of a fingernail. I am pretty sure that was there a year ago or so and disappeared again. I am freaking out since I am unemployed and without insurance at this point. Are there any glands in that area of my groin? Do I need to see an Emergency room? Urgend care? Please help. My name is Horst.
