Hello Dr. Rynne. I Am A 59 Year Old Woman,

Hello Dr. Rynne.
I am a 59 year old woman, exercise regularly and am in generally good health and normally have a lot of energy. The last four months I have had Chronic sinus infections and excess fluid on my sinuses. I believe most of this was allergy related. I have taken four long rounds of antibiotics, three rounds of steroids, and several nasal inhalers. I have also taken an over the counter decongestant most of that time. I have stopped taking any medication for several weeks now. I have been totally exhausted, occasionally dizzy, and have had tingling in my arms. Are these signs of a withdrawal from the medications or could something else be wrong? Thanks for your help.
