Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from rhinitis/catarrh/sinusitis in other words I hVe breathing difficulties that are causing me anxiety as although my nose is not blocked all the time, I cannot rid myself of the stuffiness. This is causing me to get panicky . My GP has given me a five day course of steroids 5 x 40mg and a nasal spray of mometasone and I'm on my third day. I have been a regular user of Avamys before this particular episode. So far my symptoms have not changed and I get the feeling that I cannot get air into my body. This is causing me to monitor most of the breaths I take. I trust that this makes some sense to you and I would be pleased to receive any advice from you that might ease my plight.
