Hello Doctor. I had a Testicular Torsion surgery on the 20th of August. After the surgery in 9 days, I masturbated. The sperm that came out didn't look regular. It looked yellow with brown spots in it. The brown spots looked dark. On September 29th, I had sex for the first time using protection. When I masturbated again the next couple days, the same discharge came out. Yellow sperm with brown spots in it. Can I know what's wrong?
