Heavy, Dull Pain In Lower Arm, Occasionally In Upper Pec Area On Sneezing And Coughing Post Cardio Cath In Groin. Reasons?

I had cardio cath done in my groin in 2001 ...ever since I get a heavy, dull, very painful pain in my wrist/ lower arm and sometimes in my lower shoulder/upper pec area if I sneeze or cough .... the more I cough the more it hurts....eventually diminishes ....same for the sneeze..but that pain is much sharper....and clue???

There is no relation for the pain you are experiencing and the cardiac cath done. If the pain is sharp and hurts with coughing and sneezing and the history of cardiac cath done earlier, gives rise to a suspicion of pleural effusion. You can get an xray chest done to confirm
