From the description of your issues it appears to me that you most likely have gastritis with gastro esophageal reflux disease or GERD. I recommend that you visit with a gastroenterologist for expert advise. The reason you are having gas is due to excessive acid produced, which may be due to many reasons, anxiety being one of them and if you feel like that is the problem, a qualified psychiatrist might be able to help. However, all the symptoms you describe would make me think about ruling out GERD. You may need to have an upper GI endoscopy as well as H pylori testing and other bloodwork as suggested by your GI doctor.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a lovely day!
