Heavy Bleeding During Periods. Endovaginal Sonography Done. What Is The Recommended Treatment?

I am 39, having heavy bleeding since last two periods. Endovaginal Sonography says BILKY - HETEROGENOUS UTERUS WITH THICKENED ENDOMETRIUM. Endometrial echo complex is centrally placed and measures 12.2 mm. No focal lesion seen in uterus. there is no free fluid in cul-de-sec. I take 'pause mf' from fourth day. What treatment should be given to me ?
