Heat Rash In Groin, Smells Bad, Painful. What Do I Need To Do?

Hi im jeffrey and This is my 2nd heat rash in( groin area) less than 2 months. The first one was a moth ago and was gone in less than 3days. I have one right now and it hurts but the worst part is that it smells so bad. Ive been putting cream and other treatments on it but it still hurts and smells. What do i need to do?

Hi.
It seems that you are having pyoderma .
It is relapsing in your case.
It may be due to poor health,poor immunity or poor nutrition.
You consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis and the reason of it.
He will advise array of investigations.. To rule out DM,HIV,anaemia, immunocompromised conditions..etc
Then , proper treatment may be advised.
Local and oral antibiotics,dettol liquid bath and nutrients would improve your condition.
