Heart Thumping Sensation Under Rib Cage, Loss Of Appetite. What Is Causing This Pulsing, Bulging?

I have a heart thumping feeling under my left rib cage. I can feel and see something that would remind me of my pregnancy like the baby kicking or something. what could be pulsing and bulging like that? I will state that I haven't eaten much today and I think I seem to feel it like this on days I don't have much of an appetite.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

THE FIRST STEP IS TO SEE A CARDIOLOGIST / The beats need to be DOCUMENTED by ElectroCardioGram (EKG). HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance. / You have not stated your personal habits, family history or co-morbidities, even age, gender...which could have an influence on the diagnosis and outcome... /
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
