Healthy diet plan to reduce weight

Zara, I am 13 years old, about 5 ft 2 and my weight is 7 stones and 1 pounds. Is my weight average? Also please can you tell me a quick, healthy diet to make on my own? Thanks!

Healthy diet should consist of lots of green leafy vegetables for vitamins,fibres and roughage, carbohydrates/energy from wheat,rice,proteins from pulses,dal . since you have growing health you would require some moderate amount of fats too. Indulge in regular physical exercises and sports.
