Hi Doctor, For the last 5 month I am having continues headache. Earlier I used to experience whole day. Now I am having headache mostly in the evening. First it will start from eye cavity, then right side forehead center of the head then goes back of my head. Earlier also I had experience this problem but it was happening for 5-7 days only. At that time doctor told me that its symptom of Migraine. But this its started in the month of April & continuously happening till date. Doctor prescribed Naprosyn -500 mg - OD, Silibium - OD, divalproex sodium -OD. Need your help. I dont have sugar, no BP, with complete rest without or low level of stress. Also I had one stroke & for that also I'm undergoing treatment.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The kind of headache that you are describing is basically not a migraine. It could be a tension headache. If the medicines that you are taking has not stopped these headaches then you should try changing the medicines. The other possibility is using Amitryptiline 25 mg which helps in tension headaches.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
