ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for writing to H.C.M. for your query.

I have gone through your query regarding cld with running nose , congestion in throat with soreness, headache, cough and feeling of difficulty in breathing.

These all symptoms are related to respiratory tract infection , as for as pneumonia is concerned you have difficulty in breathing is a supportive symptom but for confirmation we need X-Ray chest in P.A. view. this X-Ray will tell about pneumonic consolidation.

So you may take now-

(a) Antibiotic- Preferably broad spectrum.

(b) Anti inflammatory and antipyretic.

(c) Mucolytic and Expectorants.

(d) Steam inhalation.

I hope this will help you , otherwise you should consult your phyician.

Regards.
