Headache, No Blurred Vision Or Migraine. No Stress. Cause?
I have been getting headaches around the right eye , temple & cheekbone. These are occurring aprox 5 times a month & I take 2 brufen tablets & 2 Paracetamol & it still only takes the top off the pain. Sometimes it makes me feel sick it is that bad. I do not get blurred vision & it is not a migraine because I have had those & this is different. I am 46 yr old female who eats a very healthy diet lots of veg low fat foods etc.. I do smoke but dont drink a lot of alcohol. I have recently had eye test & all ok... I have not changed my diet or lifestyle in any way. I do not suffer from stress either. What can the cause be? Headache radiating towards one eye is common in Cluster headache. In cluster headache there are months of pain free periods.
You should avoid smoking as it is one of the trigger factors for cluster headache.
You should also have proper rest.
Please get a scan of your head and consult a Neurophysician.
