Headache, Neck Pain, Muscle Pain, Blur Vision, Suddenly Appearing Red Spot. What Is This ?

hello doctor
i'm facing a strange situation
i have an headache. neck pain, muscle pain, blurr vision at the time of headache, many times a red spot comes and then disappear, many times i see different colors
i don't know whats this
i had a blood test 3 times and each time my wbcs were more than normal and haemoglobin was less
what can be this disease?

It would have been better if you stated your age and any medical history. From the info you have given, a definite answer can only be obtained after a detailed physical examination and appropriate tests.

However, some possible diagnosis could be hypertension which is common in elderly and presents with headache, visual problems, neck pains etc in cases with acute or severely elevated blood pressure.

White blood cells are elevated in cases of infections since you have normal wbc, it is less likely it cold be infection related.

It is better to meet an internist for detail examination and appropriate tests.
