Headache, Lower Neck Stiffness, Light & Odor Sensitive, Sweating On Top Of Head. Suggestions?

Hi there , I get light sensitive , odor sensitive , headache and stiffness in lower neck . But what's really weird is at the beginning of these episodes and during the top of my head will sweat excessively. You can email me at YYYY@YYYY
I've had this going on for about 8 years now . On years average I get these about once a week . I've forced myself to work through such episodes but really I should be in bed .

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Based on your symptoms, the most likely cause in your case is migraine.
Since you have more than two episodes per month, you would benefit from preventive medications such as topiramate, divalproex, beta blockers, etc.
Please consult a neurologist for treatment.

Best wishes,
