Headache, Dizziness, Panic Attacks. No Relief From OTC Medication. Medical Attention Required?

I have had a headache for two to three weeks with little to no help from over the counter pain medication . I have also been dizzy and feeling rather strange like the world isnt real i have no other way to explain this.. I get panicky when i start to feel that way and even started not working. Is this something i should seek medical attention for?

hello

welcome to health care magic

Don't worry and relax

Get investigations like CT scan, EEG etc.
Try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga or meditation
Consult a neurologist/psychiatrist for proper evaluation and management

Good Luck
