Headache, dizziness, panic attacks. No relief from OTC medication. Medical attention required?

I have had a headache for two to three weeks with little to no help from over the counter pain medication . I have also been dizzy and feeling rather strange like the world isnt real i have no other way to explain this.. I get panicky when i start to feel that way and even started not working. Is this something i should seek medical attention for?
