Headache, Blurred Vision, Loss Of Appetite, Bruise On Arms, Legs. Reason?

I have been having headaches, blurred vision and a loss of appetite, also bruising on my arms and legs. I take no medicine only some vitamins that my sister gave me from China. I don't vary in my food choices but rather eat the same thing everyday: breakfast oatmeal and banana
lunch yogurt baked or boiled potato, carrots salad wheat bread
dinner chicken or fish, spinach or kale, brown rice or sweet potatoe canned or fresh apricots and I drink herbal tea with everymeal.
What is causing the headache blurred vision and loss of appetite?
