First of all, I want to reassure you that these are it the symptoms of
stroke in your case.
Tingling of the entire half of body (head, face, arm and leg) can be a symptoms of stroke, however, tingling only of arm can not be. Tingling of arm is often due to
cervical spondylitis and disc bulges.
Similarly, light headedness and heaviness of head are non-specific symptoms and do not suggest stroke.
However, you can do all the screening tests for risk factors for stroke (if not already done):
1. BP
2. Blood sugars,
3. Lipid (
cholesterol) profile,
4. Serum homocysteine
If any of the above are abnormal, appropriate treatment would be required.
