Head Injury. Headache, Increased Pain When Turning Head

I was playing football on saturday and took a hard fall resulting in me hitting my head off of a fellow players leg then proceeded to fall to the ground. I instantly had a headache but it went away shortly after. The next morning I woke up with a headache at the back of my head on the lower right side and it has lasted until today (4 days). If i turn my head left or right too far this increases the pain.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might have strain on neck muscles and neck muscles went into the spasm giving rise to this problem.
Take analgesic tablet containing muscle relaxant medicine like Dan-MR.
Apply some analgesic cream.
Ok and bye.
