Having Weakness And Low Blood Pressure Due To High TLC. How To Make It Normal?

Hi doctor , i m 33 yrs female , yesterday I underwent my cbc as I was feeling weakness n my blood pressure was on slightly lower side that s 100by 70 since almost one month . D report shows tlc on higher side - 14400 and neutrophils - 75.5 and lymphocytes- 15.8 . Is there any thing to worry or wd proper medicine it will come to normal level

I would not say this is serious but not normal too.

You must have a proper consultation with A MD Doctor for proper clinical diagnosis and and further investigation leading to a proper diagnosis.

Please try to understand a few things here and there do not lead to a proper diagnosis.
In you case. You are not alright for for almost a month- indicates some serious thing is going on with you; plus the investigations of high WBC count, low BP all state that have a proper diagnosis and then only a proper treatment is possible.
