Having Tingling Sensation After Urination, Spotting, Cloudy Urine. Sexually Active. UTI?

Hello! I'm 23, a female, and for the past week i have been having a tingling sensation at the end of urination. Throughout the day the feeling feels orgasmic. Sometimes when I wipe myself i see some blood spotting. Not sure what it is. It started 1-2 days after the end of my menstrual. I thought that it may be a UTI because my urine looks cloudy but I drink lots of water daily. I haven't smelled any foul odors either. If this helps I am sexually active with 1 partner, last intercourse was over 2 weeks ago.

Hi, Welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears to be the urinary tract infection, or a stone in the urethra and hematuria.
You may need to have M.R.I, and urine examination, etc So i advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, and alkaline citrate liquid .
